I am an in-person somatic and IFS therapist in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. I work with people who have it all together. You may be the one who’s always “fine,” caught in cycles of overfunctioning or being so attuned to others’ needs that you often neglect your own. I support people who do too much to release old patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and control to learn how to rest, feel, say no, and (re)connect to their bodies.
Clients often come to therapy feeling anxious, stretched thin, or worn down by years of doing too much. You may have insight into your patterns already, yet still feel caught in cycles of urgency, self-monitoring, or responsibility that haven’t shifted through talking alone. As a somatic and IFS therapist, I work with both mind and body to help create change that feels lived, not just understood.
My approach is somatic, experiential, and relational, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi Mindful Somatic Therapy, and psychodynamic work. Together, we slow things down and listen more closely—to sensation, emotion, and the parts of you that have been working hard to keep everything together—so something new can begin to take shape.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering in-person therapy in Fort Greene, Brooklyn and online therapy throughout New York State.
